How big is the bow?
The bow is about 16 in (40 cm) wide. You choose the streamer length: 63, 71, 79 or 91 in (160–230 cm). Measurements are approximate.
Which length should I choose?
63 in for wreaths, doors and small trees; 71 in for medium trees and mantels; 79 in for full-size trees; 91 in for tall trees and staircases.
What is it made of?
The bow has a soft, flocked velvet finish.
How do I attach it?
Tie it to the top of the tree or to a branch with ribbon, a twist tie or floral wire, then arrange the streamers down the tree. After unboxing, fluff the loops by hand so they hold their shape.
Do the colors look exactly like the photos?
We show each color as accurately as we can, but screens differ, so the shade may look slightly different in person.

We currently ship to addresses in the United States.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is free on every order.
How long does delivery take?
Orders usually arrive in about 7–15 business days. You'll get a tracking number by email once your order ships. For Christmas, order as early as you can.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us as soon as possible. We can change or cancel an order until it has shipped.

My bow arrived damaged. What now?
We're sorry! Email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll send a replacement or a refund at no cost to you.
