Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses in the United States.

Shipping cost

Shipping is free on every order, with tracking.

Delivery time

Orders usually arrive in about 7–15 business days from the day you order. Your order ships directly from our production partner, so delivery takes a little longer than with local stores. During the holiday season, carriers can be busier than usual, so for Christmas we recommend ordering as early as you can.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. Tracking can take a few days to show updates after it's created.

Multiple items

If you order several bows, they may arrive in separate packages on different days.

Address problems

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, contact us right away and we'll do our best to update it before your order ships.

Lost or late packages

If your tracking hasn't updated for more than 10 days, or your order hasn't arrived within 20 business days, contact us and we'll sort it out with a replacement or a refund.
