1. About these terms

These terms apply to your use of this website and to purchases from Noelle ("we", "us"). By placing an order, you agree to them.

2. Products and prices

We describe our products and show their colors as accurately as we can. Measurements are approximate, and colors may look slightly different on your screen. Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout. We may correct pricing errors and may cancel orders placed at an obviously wrong price, with a full refund.

3. Orders and payment

When you place an order, you'll receive an email confirming we've received it. Payment is processed securely through Shopify's checkout; we don't store your full card details. We may cancel an order if an item is unavailable or if we suspect fraud, and we'll refund any amount paid.

4. Shipping

We ship to addresses in the United States. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. See our Shipping page for details.

6. Using the products

Our bows are decorations, not toys. Keep them away from open flames and heat sources, and out of reach of small children and pets. Make sure the bow is attached securely.

7. Intellectual property

The text, logo and design of this website belong to Noelle or are used with permission and may not be copied without our consent.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to a product is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer protection laws.
