30-day returns

If you're not happy with your bow, you can return it within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging.

How to return

1. Contact us with your order number and the item you'd like to return.
2. We'll reply with the return address and instructions. Please don't send items back without contacting us first.
3. Ship the item back with a tracked service. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or wrong.

Refunds

Once we receive and check your return, we'll refund the item price to your original payment method. Refunds usually appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

Damaged or wrong items

If your bow arrives damaged, defective or isn't what you ordered, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you, and you won't need to send the item back.

Cancellations

You can cancel your order free of charge until it ships. Contact us as soon as possible.
